Is IgnitionWeb an out-of-the box solution?

No, we reuse a common code base making back-end development and integration extremely rapid and efficient, but all front-end templates (the web pages that you see) are designed from scratch to meet your own branding requirements. In addition back-end administration functions are usually customized to reflect your specific needs.
